Scott Hutchinson grew up at Outward Bound Eskdale, where he learnt early that people are often capable of more than they think.

 

He has spent much of his working life testing that belief: first in business and leadership roles, and later as a performance coach, consultant and trainer working with individuals, teams and organisations.

His career has taken him through recruitment, the NHS, the military reserve and the mountains. He is a qualified Mountain Leader and recently began mountaineering in the Alps. In 2026 he completed his first Ultra Marathon.

Today, Scott coaches people and teams who want to do better work, lead well and build lives they actually enjoy.
