I grew up in a mountain school - Outward Bound Eskdale during its glory years of the late 70s to the early 90s. This was an incredible place - an outdoor nirvana that acted as a magnet to explorers, adventurers and mountaineers.

​People came here from all over the world in order to learn about teamwork, leadership and resilience in the dynamic and challenging environment of the Lake District.

After a career that has encompassed leadership development, performance coaching, mountaineering and seven years as a military reservist, I have returned to the mountains to share what I know, to help people change their lives and to enable them to become the very best version of themselves.
